The scandal breaks. You make it worse.

Every round, a fresh corporate disaster hits the news and you are the press office. Your only tools are immaculate corporate sentences, and you will use them badly.

Bad ideas start here.

Breaking news

How to play

  1. Join the game

Everyone uses their own phone. Scan the host's QR code or enter the six-digit game code.

  2. Face the scandal

The judge reads out a ridiculous breaking-news story. Everyone else becomes the company's hopeless PR department.

  3. Write your official statement

You've got 12 sentence cards. Choose up to three, drag them into position and create the worst press release imaginable. Three is the limit, so the judge can read out everyone's statement without the round dragging on.

  4. Lock it in

Your masterpiece goes anonymously to the judge, who reads everyone’s statements aloud.

  5. Pick the biggest disaster

The judge chooses their favourite. The winner gets one point, and everyone's identity is revealed.

  6. Pass the blame

Used cards are replaced, the next player becomes judge, and a fresh scandal breaks. Got a rubbish hand? Use one of your limited Dump My Hand cards to replace all 12 sentences.

12 cards. Three sentences. One terrible excuse.

Strictly for adults

Damage Limitation is written for adults (18+). Expect corporate language at its most shameless.

Where it lives

Damage Limitation is coming soon. It will run at its own address, separate from this site. This page is just the front door.
